KontaktThe compact and elegant NAD C 700 is the perfect streaming integrated amplifier for price-conscious audiophiles. The solid aluminum housing conceals two powerful HybridDigital UcD power amplifiers and a BluOS-capable network streamer. The intuitive BluOS app allows you to access music from your personal local data archive or stream it from online services such as Spotify, Amazon Music HD, Tidal or Qobuz. The glass front of the device contains a 12.7 cm color display that shows the album cover, the current track and the system settings. The connected speakers have a continuous output of 2 x 80 watts.

The C 700 is the ideal all-in-one solution for the streaming age. Just connect two speakers, select the music you want using the BluOS app on your smartphone, tablet, PC or Mac and start playback. NAD's proven HybridDigital UcD amplifier technology provides a continuous output power of 2 x 80 watts and a pulse output of 120 watts, thus offering enough reserves to drive even power-hungry speakers. The highly efficient UcD amplifier design is characterized by extremely low noise and minimal distortion across the entire frequency band, regardless of the speaker load.
Thanks to its elegant, minimalist design and high-quality housing materials, the C 700 appeals to all the senses - not just hearing, but also seeing and touching. The amplifier has a solid aluminum housing with a high-resolution, 12.7-centimeter color display integrated into the glass front. All amplifier settings can be easily adjusted using the menus shown on the display and the rotary control and navigation buttons.
And convenient operation of the amplifier from your seat is also ensured: In addition to controlling all streaming functions via the intuitive BluOS app, the C 700 can also learn the commands of any infrared remote control.
STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGIES FOR COMFORTABLE MUSIC ENJOYMENT
With its Ethernet LAN connection, integration into the home WLAN network and the BluOS platform, which has won multiple awards and been highly praised by the trade press, the NAD C 700 is an extremely powerful and versatile network streamer.
The BluOS app, available free of charge for Android, Apple iOS, Kindle Fire, Windows and macOS, allows you to select numerous Internet radio stations and dozens of streaming services or play music stored on an external drive connected to the C 700's USB port. The NAD amplifier also supports Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect, so that direct playback via these services' apps is also possible. AirPlay 2 connects to Apple devices and iTunes libraries, and music selection can even be made using Apple Siri voice control.
The high-resolution D/A converter of the C 700 processes streams up to a data format of 24 bit/192 kHz. This also makes it possible to play lossless and high-resolution audio data from the Hi Res offerings of Amazon Music HD, Deezer, Qobuz and TIDAL.
Like all BluOS-enabled components, the amplifier is also capable of decoding and playing MQA files. Owners of smart home systems from manufacturers such as Control4, Crestron, Elan, RTI and others can integrate the NAD C 700 directly into these control systems. This allows central control of music playback along with other smart functions such as controlling lighting, blinds, heating and alarm systems.
EXTENSIVE CONNECTION OPTIONS
In addition to its network functionality, the C 700 is equipped for connecting numerous other audio sources. It has two analog RCA high-level inputs as well as coaxial and optical digital inputs for connecting CD players, game consoles and other components. There is also an HDMI eARC connection for a suitably equipped TV.
In this case, the volume of the NAD can be conveniently controlled using the TV remote control.
Music data stored on a smartphone, tablet or notebook can also be played wirelessly via Bluetooth aptX HD. The Bluetooth module integrated in the C 700 not only receives data, but also sends it directly to a paired Bluetooth headset if required.
In addition to the speaker outputs, the C 700 is equipped with a subwoofer output that can be configured via the BluOS app. The low- and high-pass settings allow for a seamless transition between the subwoofer and the main speakers.
