KontaktThe FLUX-Turbo 2.0 is the further development of our unique record vacuum cleaner. With the FLUX-Turbo 2.0 you can quickly and easily remove dust and dirt from your valuable records. The FLUX-Turbo 2.0 combines a carbon brush with an integrated, powerful suction system. Compared to its predecessor, the suction power has been doubled.
The enemy of record playback is dust. It consists of many components. Silicates, polymers, organic substances, everything is included. With a record cleaning machine that works with a liquid, you can clean most of it, even release agent residues are removed. But what then? As soon as the valuable record is put on, the dust falls like snow onto the record. This causes a number of problems. Particles and hair settle on the needle and make precise tracking almost impossible. In addition, the dust particles on the record constantly cause enormous crackling noises that lead to considerable distortion.
A standard record brush will collect the dust, but a record brush will only pick up a few large particles. A record brush will tend to push finer dirt into the groove floor and spread it around.
The FLUX-Turbo 2.0 provides immediate relief. The suction power is so strong that almost all particles are sucked in, in just 1-2 revolutions.
The inner workings of the FLUX-Turbo 2.0 were developed with great effort. In order to achieve a good usable suction power in this small, light housing, every single part had to be specially developed. From the fan wheel geometry to the shape of the suction channel, everything was optimized down to the last detail. At the slightly inclined suction channel end, you can clearly see the integrated guidelines that ensure that the entire surface is evenly vacuumed. A complex filter construction, the cartridge of which can be easily replaced, absorbs the dirt. The capacity is enough for well over 100 applications, as is the durability of the batteries.
The brush insert made of real carbon fibers is also grounded so that the sound plate is freed from static charge, which attracts even more dust. The large contact strip on the underside of the FLUX-Turbo 2.0 is responsible for this. This is electrically connected to the conductive brush fibers.
The effect on playback is surprisingly strong. The sound seems liberated. Even complex music with high levels of control is played with significantly less distortion. Scanning noise, previously characteristic of analog playback, is reduced by up to 50% by the extraction before listening. The aim here is not to achieve a clinically pure playback, but to get the most out of everything that is contained on the record. And that is a lot. More than anyone dared to hope for!
The key to using the FLUX-Turbo 2.0 is its simplicity. Just suck it over the record and the fun can begin. Listen to records better than ever before!
