The SA-C600 CD network player is equipped with a fully digital amplifier that uses Technics' proven digital audio technology.

The digital transmission system processes all signals at all stages - from input to output - completely digitally. Compared to analog transmission, this system is less susceptible to signal degradation due to external noise and thus ensures more precise signal transmission. The careful signal processing not only delivers high-resolution digital audio signals, but also preserves the smooth texture of analog recordings.

In audio systems that include CD players, amplifiers, digital circuits, and other such components, power supply design is critical.

To avoid adverse effects on the amplifier, the SA-C600 is equipped with a separate power supply for the amplifier circuits, independent of all other circuits, and can thus drive both transformers independently of each other. The cable connections between the two special transformers and the amplifier circuits are also optimized to reduce disturbing noise.

The power supply for the JENO Engine's clock circuit uses the same noise reduction circuit as that used in Technics' flagship turntable, the SL-1000R, to ensure effective noise reduction. It achieves excellent sound image localization and ensures transparent spatial expression.

The integrated phono equalizer is ideal for use with MM pickups.

The phono equalizer has its own power supply and is equipped with a different power supply circuit from the control circuit to reduce noise even more effectively. In addition, the equalizer circuit is shielded to eliminate external interference and achieve high-purity signal amplification without sound loss.

The SA-C600 is equipped with the “Space Tune” function, which allows the sound space to be adjusted to the environment and the installation location.

This enables excellent music playback for everyone in the room. By using the "Technics Audio Centre*" app for tablets and smartphones or by selecting one of the four presets - "Freestanding", "Wall", "Corner" and "On a shelf" - users can achieve the optimal sound reproduction for their individual acoustic environment via the main unit, depending on the location.

The “L/R Custom” function allows users to adjust the settings for each of the speakers independently to suit different installation conditions and thus always achieve the highest sound quality.

The SA-C600 supports a variety of music sources including CD, radio, phono input, optical digital input (including TV), coaxial digital input, USB input and more.

For a harmonious appearance, the design of the SA-C600 takes elements from Technics turntables, including color, surface material and dimensions.

This means your listening room can impress with a uniform overall impression. A CD player with a manually operated closure is integrated into the aluminum cover, which makes it particularly easy to use and also ensures maximum visual enjoyment.
